WILL NOT DRAW:
● The commission may be worked on during streams unless you specifically ask me not to.
● You acknowledge that the commissions are digital illustrations and there will be no shipping of physical goods.
● You may contact me for any concern you may have. You will not use a chargeback for whatever reason.
● I will NOT draw for NFTs and my art may NOT be minted, period.
● I do NOT allow my art to be used to train AI.
● You may NOT edit or use my work for commercial, advertising, or personal gain.
● Clients may repost or use the artwork as icon/banner on your social media or website as long as credit is given in a well visible manner.
Ordering:
● As of right now commissions are first come first serve.
● Prices are in USD
● Prices listed will vary depending on complexity, props, and background.
● Image references must be provided in full and in good quality. Art done by other artists is acceptable if a reference from the original creator is not available. Please do not send in references that are all different from each other.
● References that are in writing only will not be accepted.
● Progress pictures will be sent at every stage (sketch, line art, color) and on request and will be provided via email. Each progress picture and the final drawing will be watermarked. The final drawing will have a smaller watermark.
Process & Revisions:
● Wait time is about 2-3 months depending on complexity. Please understand that I have an IRL job that is incredibly demanding and exhausting and may cause a further delay. Any delays will be communicated immediately.
● Deadlines have to be communicated in advance and will affect the price.
● Please keep in mind my current art style. If you ask for a completely different style that I do not regularly draw in, I may take longer or I may charge additional fees. I will NOT draw in an unrelated style to mine.
● Making changes are welcome at any stage. However, it will cost extra for making drastic changes after the commission is at the line art stage or fully finished.
Payments & Refunds:
● Payments must be made upfront and via PayPal only. You will receive an invoice from Tsukikaisuki@gmail.com with the amount owed.
● If you fail to respond to the invoice within 72 hours your spot will be given to someone else.
● There is a full refund if I haven't started the drawing.
● There is a 15% refund if I have already started drawing.
● If I have already completed the line art stage, no refunds will be accepted.
● Rude behavior of ANY kind will NOT be tolerated and the commission will be terminated immediately without a refund.
● Please respect me and my time. I am a human; not a machine.
